DENVIOX Terms of Use

DENVIOX facilitates voluntary donations of a digital token, DXUSD, to recipients in Cuba. This token:

• Functions as a closed-loop, non-cashable credit;

• Is redeemable only for OFAC-authorized food and related goods;

• Is distributed through a network of approved partners.

DENVIOX is not a money transmitter, investment platform, or financial service provider. We do not engage in currency exchange or offer any form of return on donation.

The Platform provides a custodial wallet system for user interaction. Tokens are held in an omnibus custodial wallet under U.S. jurisdiction. Users do not control private keys.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• DXUSD is issued, controlled, and maintained by DOXA Reserve LLC;

• Tokens are non-transferable off-platform, non-cashable, and redeemable only through authorized vendors in Cuba;

• Tokens have no fiat value and do not represent legal tender.

All wallet credit issuances are considered irrevocable, voluntary donations.

• Donations are final, non-refundable, and not subject to chargeback;

• No goods or services are provided in exchange by DOXA Reserve LLC;

• Donors acknowledge these are not tax-deductible under U.S. law;

• Donations are exclusively intended for the recipient's benefit in acquiring authorized goods.

We strictly adhere to U.S. laws, including the regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• Neither you nor the recipient is on any OFAC sanctions list (e.g., SDN List);

• You are not acting for or on behalf of any person or entity from a sanctioned jurisdiction;

• We may suspend, block, or reject any transaction if there is suspicion of non-compliance;

• You may be required to undergo KYC/AML verification.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts;

• You are using the Platform in a lawful, non-fraudulent manner;

• You fully understand the non-monetary nature of DXUSD tokens and the limitations of the Platform;

• You will not use the Platform to engage in prohibited activities, including fraud, money laundering, or the circumvention of sanctions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss;

• Any direct or indirect losses related to platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOXA Reserve LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

• Losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including lost donations, tokens, or data;

• Unauthorized access or breaches beyond our reasonable control.

All intellectual property related to the Platform — including content, logos, branding, software, and trademarks — are the sole property of DOXA Reserve LLC.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

We value your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

Data We Collect:

• Personal information you provide (e.g., name, email, KYC data);

• Usage data (e.g., device type, location, login logs);

• Donation history on the Platform.

How We Use Your Data:

• To verify your identity and ensure regulatory compliance;

• To maintain and secure the Platform;

• To communicate with you regarding Platform updates or compliance issues.

Third-Party Access:

We may share your data with third-party providers (e.g., KYC/AML services, legal or regulatory authorities) only as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

We use cookies to:

• Improve website functionality and user experience;

• Analyze Platform traffic and usage;

• Support secure logins and session integrity.

You may choose to disable cookies via your browser settings. However, this may impair functionality.

By continuing to use our Platform, you consent to our use of cookies as described here.

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the Platform or email (if applicable). Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms may be translated for user convenience. However, in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall control and prevail.
